In our first session, I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and what you hope to get from our sessions together. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and begin building a strong foundation for our work together.

Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes. Extended sessions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

It is important to me that mental health services are accessible and affordable. To help make that possible, I use Mentaya, a platform where you can verify your OON benefits instantly. If you have OON benefits, I submit all claims for you to get reimbursed each month.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled without 24-hours notice will be charged at the full session rate.
