Your patterns,

reframed and understood.

Together in therapy, we’ll explore how certain thought patterns have formed across your life’s experiences, and how to shift them. I bring warmth, directness, and a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help you build skills and manage these feelings.

Our work will be collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll look at the root of what’s keeping you stuck, while also building concrete skills you can use day to day. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in charge of your choices, and more connected, to yourself and others.

Expertise &

Empathy.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to build psychological flexibility and help you move toward what truly matters.

Relational & Psychodynamic Approach: to explore how past relationships shape current patterns and support deeper insight and inner connection.
