I bring years of experience working in both private practice and intensive outpatient settings, supporting individuals and their families through a wide range of challenges. I've had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan—from age 17 to 70—with a particular passion for helping those in their 20s to 40s navigate life transitions, relationships, identity, and emotional wellness.
I offer individual therapy, family sessions, and group work, tailoring each approach to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood and empowered to grow.
